Kev Rose A True Legend I Met Kev in 1984 when I was at college with his brother Neil we were both 17 and doing carpentry apprenticeships, Kev offered me lodgings as I was travelling a little way to get there this helped him as he was off work due to the 1 year miners strike of which he was one of the few who stuck with it for the full 365 days. I feel privileged to of known such a great and funny guy we had some good times from parties – if you ever saw kevs awesome break dancing - a sight to behold, not to mention his brilliant twirking, even some great experimental cooking went on, snooker championships, late night lock ins at the local, shopping trolley expeditions, not to mention the chip pan fire- whoops sorry Kev. He had a special kind of magnetism people would instantly warm to him and be howling with laughter and in stitches within minutes I cant believe your gone its so unfair. You were like a dad a brother and a best friend to me, I will cherish the memories for ever . Goodnight Kev. Deepest sympathy to Patti, Neil and all the family Love Amos aka Trev, Jo and boys x
